Last month I was busy preparing for my jaw surgery during my Spring Break. You don't realize how much you take for granted when you suddenly can't do them anymore (or for awhile anyways). I wanted to make sure I had got all kinds of foods that I could put into a blender and had to stock up on soft foods so I would be able to chew them. I needed to make sure my orders went in before and every bill was paid up as I would not be up to going anywhere for awhile. I even made sure I had books to read...which I pretty much read in the first few days! Doing a simple task like making myself something to eat that required more than just opening up a fruit sauce or yogurt, seemed to require a lot of mental energy. One day, I slept pretty much the entire day away! I struggle with sleeping so I was quite impressed with this. As I slowly (very slowly) am getting back into the swing of things, I am trying to get organized for April and May. May 3rd-5th I am having my weekend retreat at Camp Assiniboia, where I will be able to introduce the new catalog and I will be hosting my last No Frills Crafting Crop before summer on May 25th.
This month brings us a few new specials before this catalog is retired and the new one is brought in. (I am going to go broke, I want everything in the new catalog!!)

Close To My Heart has brought back Zoe, a much-loved paper packet, refreshed with new colours and a coordinating 12″ × 12″ sticker sheet! This paper packet, coordinating cardstock, and stamp set are sure to put you in a sunshine mood!
