Bring on Summer!

Summer not only brings us hot and dry Manitoba weather, but it is also bringing the Close To My Heart's last Convention! I was lucky enough to be able to have gone two years ago, and now I am going again for my 5th anniversary with CTMH! The magic and excitement that happens there is unbelievable! This year it is in Provo, Utah. We will be able to tour the Head Office again! I can't wait to meet up with my fellow sister consultants and learn, and create! And of course, HAVE FUN!

Spring has Sprung!

So many things have happened over the past month and many more to come!

Last month I was busy preparing for my jaw surgery during my Spring Break. You don't realize how much you take for granted when you suddenly can't do them anymore (or for awhile anyways). I wanted to make sure I had got all kinds of foods that I could put into a blender and had to stock up on soft foods so I would be able to chew them. I needed to make sure my orders went in before and every bill was paid up as I would not be up to going anywhere for awhile. I even made sure I had books to read...which I pretty much read in the first few days! Doing a simple task like making myself something to eat that required more than just opening up a fruit sauce or yogurt, seemed to require a lot of mental energy. One day, I slept pretty much the entire day away! I struggle with sleeping so I was quite impressed with this. As I slowly (very slowly) am getting back into the swing of things, I am trying to get organized for April and May. May 3rd-5th I am having my weekend retreat at Camp Assiniboia, where I will be able to introduce the new catalog and I will be hosting my last No Frills Crafting Crop before summer on May 25th.

This month brings us a few new specials before this catalog is retired and the new one is brought in. (I am going to go broke, I want everything in the new catalog!!)

Why I Love Close To My Heart

Happy New Year!

It is 2019 and I am looking forward to what this year will bring! New year, new goals, new adventure...new catalog.

I absolutely love this company! It is feels like one big (HUGE) family! Close To My Heart has so many wonderful people, and it's all thanks to an amazing lady, Jeanette Lynton, our co-founder and CEO!
